Arpana Maddali

Aparna’s classical music journey began under the tutelage of Maha Mahopadhyaya Dr. Nookala Chinna Satyanarayana garu and Dr. S. Uma Devi—disciples of Sangeetha Pitamaha Sri Sripada Pinakapani garu.
Through their lineage, Aparna absorbed the essence of raga lakshana in its natural ebb and flow.
During her Master’s in Carnatic Music, she deepened her understanding of ragas, swara kalpana, and the intricate art of Ragam-Tanam-Pallavi.
Deeply inspired by Sri yagaraja’s compositions, she finds in them the perfect union of raga and bhava. Aparna hopes the Tyagaraja Aradhana tradition continues to inspire generations to come.
